LENA Kids are empowered to create change and inspire others.
They will truly be the leaders in the next generation of climate fighters.
Through our camps and outreach activities, LENA Kids explore our Earth, understand her challenges, and discover small ways they can care for Earth. We utilize the Earth Warriors curriculum, developed by two amazing women, experts in Sustainability and Education Policy and Early Childhood Education, Shweta Bahri and Keya Lamba.
"Earth Warriors provides a high-quality comprehensive climate education school curriculum for 3-11* year olds using a positive and empowering approach. The curriculum has been reviewed by experts from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Stanford School of Earth and is aligned to UK and US national learning standards across Numeracy, Literacy, Science, Social-Emotional Learning and Motor Skill Development."
*We use the curriculum designed for younger children.
Although a serious issue, we teach complicated topics in an age-appropriate and empowering manner. We will explore our world in a hands-on playful way. Our time together includes science, math, and art activities. We problem-solve together and form a community of Earth Warriors.
LENA kids will come away feeling empowered and understand they are part of a bigger community of helpers.
